刘光琇 博士研究生导师

刘光琇,博士,研究员,博士研究生导师,甘肃省极端环境微生物学资源与工程重点实验室主任。多年从事极端环境微生物的研究工作,立足于西北雪冰、冻土、沙漠、盐碱等极端环境资源,建立了极端环境微生物种质资源库,获得了一批在新抗生素研发、有机污染物降解等领域有重要应用价值的功能微生物菌株、功能基因及新结构化合物资源,深入阐明了极端环境微生物生态适应机制,为综合开发、利用极端环境微生物资源奠定了良好基础。主持及完成科技部及甘肃省国际合作项目各1项,中科院对外合作重点项目1 项,国家自然科学基金3 项。发表论文90余篇,合作出版专著两本,译著一本,获省部级奖项5项。
